From the Belgian Grand Prix, a new version of the extended technical manual TD039 is in effect. This is the first FIA technical guide for groups in Canada to measure and monitor the direct forces acting on vehicles. The noise was followed by complaints from drivers about the physical impact.
It outlines how technical guidelines will be implemented, and TDs will be used by the governing body to oversee developments as technology develops and teams take rules in unexpected directions as the rules of competition push.

As well as measuring the height of the accelerator with the sensors in the cars and measuring the roof where they could not run, the FIA tried to start this process from the stage to the ground floor assembly method and sliding boards.
There are currently at least two definitions of how Plank’s maximum variability can be met. Only one of these will be accepted from the spa.
Plank was introduced in 1994 to curb the growth of floor tiles, which are so close to the ground that airflow there can be stopped suddenly and dangerously. By planning how far the central part of the ground could run, that risk was eliminated.

The Plank Play has played a role in the development of aerospace, and has since moved to extremely low riding heights. Groundwater is created by rotating the floor at an angle. Before the 2022 Euro Regulation, when cars were traveling at high speeds, Plank only limited the amount of rake it could carry.
Once a certain level of shock, the tip of the plank leader will damage the ground. The rest of the plank was basically just to protect the mechanical parts on it.
But in Venturi-Tanned 2022 cars, it will be more beneficial to run the entire length of the ground as close to the ground as possible and therefore the entire plank length will be limited to that.

Any way to slow down the start of air popping by giving Planck a more stable effect will cause the car to slow down and thus create more low power. The more covered the plank may be, the less likely it is to be in the vicinity of a Venturi tunnel.
The FIA felt that it was unfair to impose the same vertical velocity limit on two types of interpretations of the Planned Flexibility Rule. When a car goes down and the floor touches the floor. There is a limit to how much clothing you can wear.
The thickness is measured on the mounting holes, and the design of the slide around that hole affects what you wear and what you don’t wear. So the FIA has tried to standardize that installation method.
As with F1, the control and interpretation cycle will lead the technology forward.
