The patent-pending company claims that the design “saves time and effort, prevents wind-blown sand and dirt, which increases comfort, convenience and hygiene.”

Housing affordability hit a new high last week as mortgage rates rose amid uncertainty over Washington’s extension of the federal debt ceiling.
