The Frisco Department of Public Works and third-party contractor Columbine Hills will begin grading and paving three streets south of Frisco’s Main Street before Thursday, Sept. 8, the city announced Friday. Work will affect travel and parking in those areas.

City officials say all work and related closures will be posted with signs several days before street work begins. City staff plans to distribute notices to residents and neighbors directly affected by this project.

Areas affected include Second Avenue Alley; Taylor Alley between First and Second streets; and Pine Drive Alley between Second and Third avenues.

If work cannot begin by Thursday, September 8, the contractor has offered the city the option of starting on Monday, September 12.

Any questions related to this project may be directed to Frisco Streets Department Supervisor Landon Singleman at LandonS@TownOfFrisco.com..
