Niagara Falls, NY (May 8, 2023) – Fashion outlets are joining the food court in Niagara Falls USA (1900 Military Rd., Niagara Falls, NY) as a new quick-service restaurant set to open its doors at a local favorite roadside diner, May 8, 2023. The restaurant will feature hand-crafted burgers. , offers a variety of hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, fries and other sides as well as a menu of milkshakes and floats.
Owned and operated by Niagara County resident Jennifer Pettit, the roadside diner was conceived as a food truck in 2021 and has appeared at many local festivals and events over the past two years. The Fashion Outlets location is the first brick-and-mortar restaurant to feature the same menu as its food truck counterpart. With 20 years in the hospitality business, Petit is no stranger to serving great food quickly.
“My staff is looking forward to this new venture in the Fashion Outlets Food Court, which will give us a year-round space to showcase our menu to a variety of regional and visiting guests,” said Pettit. It also allows us seating that our food truck doesn’t offer.
