Before we know it, fashion month will be here again. The premier event, which will take place from September 9 to October 4 across New York, London, Milan and Paris, will host street style for the spring 2023 shows. In addition to the latest collections hitting our social feeds, we’re also likely to see surprising celebrity looks, a few coveted collaboration statements, and the anticipated return of some designers to (or for the first time) the runway.

While the full schedules for each fashion week have yet to be announced, each city is already preparing enough buzz to hold us over until September. From Tommy Hilfiger’s return to New York Fashion Week to an open-to-the-public show in Milan, see everything we know so far about Fashion Month Spring 2023, which we’ll update regularly as we learn more.

What to expect at New York Fashion Week Spring 2023

New York Fashion Week runs from Friday September 9 to Wednesday September 14, 2022. After hosting digital-only shows and bringing in-person events in 2021, the week-long event has grown steadily, showcasing exciting designers. and indie brands to make up for the lack of marquee names that used to appear regularly on the calendar. (Marc Jacobs, for example, now features intimate details on his own timeline, most recently in June.)

After a three-year hiatus, Tommy Hilfiger is returning to New York Fashion Week. On Sunday, September 11, at 1 p.m. in Brooklyn, the designer will present his Shop Now Fall 2022 collection with a live runway show and interactive online experience. Additionally, after Puma debuted at NYFW 2017, when Rihanna presented her Fenty x Puma line, Puma plans to launch “Futrograde,” an immersive runway show that will debut on Tuesday, September 13, at 9pm. The global sportswear brand offers men’s and women’s collections, upcoming collaborations and exclusive features from its family of athletes and celebrities. (Fingers crossed Dua Lipa is one of the famous names.)

A new spot is on track to become a regular stop among showgoers during NYFW. Live Rocket Studios, based in the Seaport, is offering free space to designers for their runway shows and after parties. Public School, Theophilos and others are already on board. WWD.

What to expect at London Fashion Week Spring 2023

London Fashion Week will present its Spring 2023 collections from September 16 to 20, with Raf Simons showing at 8pm on the first night, marking the first time the designer has staged a show in the British capital.

“It’s been a dream for a while to show in London – where fashion and creativity are everywhere on the streets, and where I see unique people with unique styles,” Simmons said in a statement. “I’m thrilled that this dream is now becoming a reality, and I’m thrilled to be welcoming the amazing people and faces that make up the London scene to my show. I can’t wait to see you and dance the night away.

In addition, a few other big names will be joining Simon at London Fashion Week, according to reports WWD. Following the in-person show in March (the first digital-only presentation in two years), Burberry returns to the fashion calendar on Saturday, September 17 at 6 p.m., followed by JW Anderson at 8 p.m., who recently showed in Milan in February.

What to expect at Milan Fashion Week Spring 2023

While there’s plenty to look forward to from last season – Gucci’s return to the week and Matteo Blazzi’s debut collection as Bottega Veneta’s new creative director were highlights – Diesel is also a big name to watch in Italy’s fashion capital. After Glen Martens’ highly anticipated (and well-received) Diesel debut in February, the next runway show will be open to the public on Wednesday, September 21, at 12:30 p.m. with online registration for attendees. It will open on September 1 via the Diesel website.
