Splash House is just around the corner, which means it’s time to get ready for a great weekend in Palm Springs. The popular music festival and pool party hybrid is offering a killer lineup for the upcoming event – featuring top-tier electronic acts like Dabbin, Dombreski, John Summit, Nora In Pure, Sonny Fodera, Elderbrook, Mala, Noizou and more.

Among the performers is Elohim, a Los Angeles-based DJ, producer and singer-songwriter who is also a die-hard Palm Springs fan — both when she’s setting the stage and otherwise. In fact, she shot the video for her new single Yoke Lore, “Pastel Auras,” out in the desert. If you’re heading to Palm Springs for Splash House (or any time of the year), Elohim has you covered.

Read Elohim’s complete Palm Springs travel guide. She’s sharing her top places to drink, eat, shop and explore.

Bar Cecil is a magical place for that special dinner while you’re in town. I recommend making a reservation, but on weekdays you can walk in and maybe get a table. It’s elegant, classy, and makes you feel unique and stylish!

Revivals

Whenever I’m in Palm Springs I always make sure to stop at Revival. Revival is a great value vintage store and is super clean and organized. I’ve probably got six of my favorite pairs of jeans there! Revivals Stores donates 100% of its profits of $1 million annually to support comprehensive medical and mental health care at DAP Health.

Fruit wonders

Fruit Wonders is one of my all time favorite stops in Palm Springs…and I continue to go every day since I’m there. The date shake is the most delicious smoothie I’ve ever had! You can add greens to it. They have fresh popsicles to make. Everything is organic and very fresh and delicious!

Mmm, I can’t wait!

Sandwich Spot

My favorite sandwich in the world is Sandwich Spot Palm Springs!!! They have a special garlic oil on the sandwich. I dream up this sandwich when I’m not there and eat it often when I am! Highly recommended.

References are interesting to live in Japan

One of my favorite shops! Wabi Sabi is owned by two amazingly kind people (I love small, locally owned businesses!) The store is packed with the perfect furniture and has great prices. Be careful… you will want to buy everything!

Trading post

A wonderfully curated “hipster” shop in downtown Palm Springs. I love the Trading Post and go there often when I’m in town. I love getting lost in the perfectly curated shops in the great area. Clothing, jewelry, hats, shoes, drinks, furniture, new, vintage…it really is my dream store!

I hope you enjoy your time in magical Palm Springs!!! The desert is healing!
