Delta has announced that they are spreading holiday cheer for the winter season.

As travel continues to make a big comeback, the Atlanta-based carrier will add flights to beautiful destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America for December and January.

They now offer a total of 25,000 seats in more than 40 amazing locations in Latin America!

Delta flights will see record-breaking fares increase by up to 30 percent this summer.

Flights are now on sale on their official website for flights departing from New York, Atlanta and Detroit. These are the dates of all new flights. From December 16 to January 7.

Delta is proud to hold the title of the number one airline to Latin America from Detroit and Atlanta. As Delta’s main hub, there are tons of flights from Atlanta.

Travelers in this region should be happy to know that the popular carrier is increasing its flight frequency to 7 top destinations to escape the bitter cold next winter.

  • Atlanta (ATL) to Cancun, Mexico (CUN) 7 times a day
  • Atlanta (ATL) to Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR) twice daily
  • Atlanta (ATL) to San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO) twice daily
  • Atlanta (ATL) to Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ) 4 times a day
  • Atlanta (ATL) to San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU) 5 times a day
  • Atlanta (ATL) to Mexico City, Mexico (MEX) 5 times a day
  • Atlanta (ATL) to Puebla Vallarta, Mexico (PVR) twice daily
  • Atlanta (ATL) to Roatan, Honduras (RTB) once every Saturday

The added flights are as follows.

  • From New York (JFK) to Nassau, Bahamas (NAS) twice daily
  • New York (JFK) to Punta Cana, DR (PUJ) twice daily
  • From New York (JFK) to San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU) 4 times a day
  • From New York (JFK) to Santo Domingo, DR (SDQ) 4 times a day

New non-stop service to Mexico

Delta was excited to announce a new direct route to Mexico from Atlanta and Minneapolis on its A320 aircraft earlier this week.

Beach destinations like Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos are popular destinations in Mexico, sometimes overshadowed by Delta’s newly added destination Cozumel.
