RALEIGH, NC (May 18, 2023) – Wake Tech on Tuesday honored 36 faculty and staff leaders who recently completed the college’s leadership program.
The leadership program is designed to help Wake Tech employees learn how to foster communication, solve problems, motivate others, and gain valuable skills to be successful and effective team members.
The college offers three different modules for teachers and staff to develop their skill sets: Self-Leadership and Influencing Others, Emerging Leaders for New Managers and specialist training for those transitioning from team to boss and supervisor. The programs are designed to take approximately two calendar years to complete.
