Virgin Voyages is celebrating its one-year anniversary with the launch of its “LetsGoBook” booking platform, it said in a press release.

The “LetsGoBook” platform was developed with input from Virgin Voyage’s travel advisors and allows all advisors to book customers quickly and easily, the company said.

“Each agent can use the link or choose to share the link with their customers to book in less than two minutes. This new, easy-to-use interface puts First Meats on the historically tedious booking process to free up more time to help our sailors have an unforgettable vacation on our ships.” Virgin Voyages’ Vice President of North American Sales, John Dioro, explained.

Travel advisors can book their guests in five easy steps using virginvoyages.com’s streamlined interface. They can also choose to email/text a specific link to their customers or share it on their social media channels, allowing guests to engage themselves while taking advantage of the referrals program.

“This new technology is the answer to many of the pain points for agents. From new and innovative ways to market, book and book reservations back through the link back to advisors, it’s innovative and exciting,” commented Carolyn Orr, Education Manager, KHM Travel Group.

Every new booking made through a travel advisor’s exclusive LetsGoBook link is linked directly to their firstmates.com account. Immediately following a booking, agents can view and modify their customers’ cruises, including adding shore excursions, upgrading cabin categories, adding beverage packages and more.

“Our customer happiness levels are in the mid-90s and we’re seeing rebooking rates of up to 50%, giving our first friends the confidence to recommend this extraordinary experience to their customers and receive amazing benefits in doing so,” he said. Shane Riley, Vice President of International Sales, Virgin Voyages.

What’s more, the cruise line is rewarding travel agents with a $100,000 USD booking bonus, and the first 2,000 new reservations through the LetsGoBook link will receive a $50 USD cash commission bonus. In addition, each booking will receive one entry for a seven-night trip to the Necker Island Contessa
