Vinmont, Ala – The town of South Vincent on Friday morning at The Butcher Meat Co. Has received a new increase in. The business, owned by Kadi and Justin Smith, offers Angos Choice steak and fries, boneless and boneless pork, spareribs, county-style ribs, whole chicken, and freshly cut shrimp.
All the basic beef, pork and chicken pieces will be in stock and there will be a butcher on site every day. Justin has been in the meat-cutting business for 16 years, and many of his acquaintances call him the “Grid Master.”
The meats are currently sourced from a Birmingham distributor, but Justin said they plan to offer some home-roasted beef in the future. Smith wants to hire members to join their team. Winmont City Council on Friday morning visited the store with customers interested in the grand opening and ribbon cutting. The butcher shop is a welcome addition to the city.
Before cutting the ribbon, Mayor Radical Dodson said, “Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for your help in South Vincent. Everyone has worked hard, and I am really proud of this institution.
