Robin Manke-Cassidy He is the product and solutions marketing leader at Cradlepoint. She joined Cradlepoint after holding various roles in product management and marketing in the mobile, network and consumer space. She previously spent two decades in enterprise IT management, including access, security, data center server management, development and networking. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Arizona State University.

Rob Boots, Marketing Manager from L3 Harris, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. With over 30 years of telecoms experience, Rob has worked with leading vendors to design and develop telecommunications systems, most recently working with SouthLink on their MCPTx infrastructure and equipment and MCPTx products and services deployments.

Close Alan He is a US Army veteran and president of Cleveland Communications Inc. He is a member of the L3Harris Indirect Advisory Committee as well as a founding member of the Ohio Public Safety Alliance Network (OPSAN).

TJ Martin Following a 40-year career in the fire service, he is vice president of Cleveland Communications Inc. While with the Parma Fire Department, TJ served as Communications Coordinator and Public Information Officer. While serving on several committees in Northeast Ohio, TJ helped plan and organize public safety communications systems. With a forward-thinking and innovative approach to communication, TJ features L3Harris, CradlePoint and AT&T FirstNet to provide emergency personnel with unparalleled communication opportunities.
