It also provides opportunities for architects to get better media for their portfolios and get their work seen in front of their peers. We are building our team in every direction to support the development of our new products. We’re actively growing our engineering, learning, and design teams—in addition to our marketing team, everyone involved in creating learning content and the technology that supports it.

Origami Concern has had a very successful growth trajectory, especially in the last two years – we have doubled our number of employees, reaching the milestone of 600 employees. The company has consistently provided excellent service on a SaaS platform and customers want more. This means new areas of expertise we need to bring to sell, implement and support the needs of our growing customer base. As these departments grow, our internal support functions such as development, finance, HR and production are also positioned to handle the growing complexity of the business.

What new opportunities or capabilities will open up for your team as more people join, and how will this affect the business?

Due to our rapid growth, we are hiring at all levels in all departments. We have new colleagues coming straight out of school, different industries or the tech space. We know it’s going to be important to get on board and get it right. We’re investing heavily this year in our learning and enablement team to ensure a continuous and productive experience, regardless of the background you come to Origami from. We’re looking at the core competencies and skills everyone should have and bringing them to life on a new learning platform accessible to all.

We are looking for collaborative, curious and creative people to join our teams. With our growth we are exploring new territories, and with that come new challenges.
