Last month, the Travel Partners Association hosted the fourth annual female leaders at the Elsillo Wine Factory in Guadalupe Valley, Mexico, with 68 travel agencies raising more than $ 1 billion a year.

“To support the mission of the Travel ALLIES community to develop a leader, this event focuses on recognizing that the post-epidemic is unique and requires leaders to realize that they cannot lead as they did before the epidemic,” said Jennifer Donczez, CEO of Travel Conclav, VIP Vacations.

“One of the great leadership abductions I’ve learned at this event every year is that women are strong leaders when they are supported and encouraged by other women and this event creates a safe place where women can feel support and encouragement, even if they don’t.”

This year’s meeting focused on controlling the narrative as a leader and running every day at the Hamster Wheel, said Donsek. Instead of Writing Business Goals ”

Jennifer Zawazki, CEO of the Future U project, focused on creating a vision for the four-day event.

“Other topics include counseling on risk taking, stress management techniques, and ways to combat stereotypes,” Donsek said.

Melissa Krueger, CEO of Classic Vacations, received the company’s Light Award at the event on June 4-8.

Dolores Lopez Lira, co-owner of El Silo Wine, suggested hosting the event here, said Donczez.

Her determination and generosity paid off, as the event and the venue were a resounding success.

The event also includes Classic Vacations, American Airlines, Globus Family of Brands, Travel Assurance, ALG Vacation, Hard Rock AIC, Sandal / Beach Resorts, Iberostar Resorts, Playa Resorts, Hawaii Visitors Convention Office and Collect Vacuum Executives.

For those of you who don’t know, the women leaders in Travel Conclus “started with about 20 women who came together as a support group,” Doncesz said.

“In addition to a three-fold increase in attendance, this event now has regular speakers, panels and leadership-supported content, and an additional bonus is the support system that has continued its weaving program.”

“The ALLIES Society Foundation for Travel is based on a mission with women leaders,” said Donsek.

Travel says ALLIES is a standard organization for female leaders with male and female members.
