The year is 2022. We can make a trip to Mars soon. But the injustice and discrimination that a woman commits in this country is heartbreaking. In a letter to Twitter CEO Parag Agarval, Sona Mohapatra draws attention to Alma’s father. And in fact, we are not surprised. In a society where people have the courage to hold women accountable for their actions, this is at least shocking, but disturbing. Consider the letter IITB and its discriminatory actions with Mohapatara.
Dear @ Paraga For decades, Ur Alma Matter did not host women at their cultural festival. Even IITB’s former students criticized me for writing this on fb. #ShutUpSona To see what our reality is as female artists in the 21st century. ️ ️ & light pic.twitter.com/M1x5LCow6M

The rest of my open letter. (PS IIT students accidentally downloaded my viral letter, including both boys and girls, the latter were particularly brutal and harmful to their views. Patriotic ministers continue to serve in various capacities.) pic.twitter.com/vEYBArgDnR

The lost balance
Well, Mohapatra is not wrong because breaking the glass roof is still the work of Hercules, especially in a society that does not always accept the problem at hand. In her letter, the singer said it was unfair to “share” the stage with a man to “prove” her performance, which would make one think about equality as a big one. If a successful singer like Mohapatra has undergone such treatment, consider the plight of the less fortunate.
In the letter, the singer lashed out at IIM Bombay for never inviting women to headlines for cultural events. The singer asked Twitter CEO to watch ‘Shu Up Sona’ to learn more about the problems women artists have to deal with. The letter focuses on the deep-seated social situation that is rooted in patriarchal thinking. If one of India’s so-called ‘elite’ universities does not take even the slightest step, what exactly is the content of the curriculum being offered to students to break free from reformist attitudes? The irony is that there are people who do not know enough to assume that our society is a manifestation of equality and justice. Now let’s look at the answers on Twitter. Surprisingly, they were aroused.
It’s completely off topic but will we focus on that topic again?
If you have been working for 4 years to get into the country’s top engineering institute, I think you can help with this topic.

Or could it be because of the deep-rooted sex in this country ?!
Obviously, you have no job. According to the headlines, if there is no woman, can’t a man be better than them? First, go and talk to the best female candidates and then tweet that you are not giving a chance.

Well, I agree with that. The letter is very sad.
.. Importantly, your performance was truly impressive. I proudly tell you, the following groups have treated female artists equally, as far as I know the current stage show is a sex ratio of 1: 1. Sorry for comments from IIT Fam (2/2)

The reason may be that she is an accomplished singer, but she has to deal with such prejudices and sexual prejudices. Or the reason is that there is still no “equality of justice” in our society.
