Inflight Services has implemented a Positive Position (PS) travel program for flight attendants traveling to EWR, LGA, IAD, DCA and BWI for trips beginning April 22, 2023.
If you are traveling to travel, once you have listed the flight you wish to travel on, your PNR will need authorization to complete the ticketing process.
- Get your PNR approved by contacting 1-800-358-5463 (FLT-LINE) Option 1, followed by Option 2.
- Consult the call representative you are calling for IRROPS travel authorization.
- FAST handles the travel authorization while you stay on the phone.
- Once authorized, you can select a seat and check-in for your flight. This positive space permit does not put you in a position to ride and flights are not oversold to accommodate travel.
Remember, be sure to treat your trip as a positive place, not a negative one.
- If the flight you want to travel isn’t available, check later to see if it’s open or choose another flight.
- Do not book as an available space as FAST cannot approve the listing.
- If you need help with this positive space travel program or have additional questions, please contact your base (not the employee program).
The company will monitor incidents and provide travel permit updates as needed.
