Royal Caribbean offers a return call feature for travel consultants

Royal Caribbean International is now offering a return call to reduce the waiting time for travel consultants. The feature will initially be available to business partners booking groups and is widely expected to be available to US and Canadian businesses by the end of August 2022.

When traveling partners call contact centers, they will be asked to call back if the waiting time is longer than 20 minutes. Upon request, travel partners can leave a short message to call the Royal Caribbean representative and enter their number. Direct number to a regular phone or mobile is required; Extensions are not supported.

This is the latest automated upgrade designed to help travel partners from the Royal Caribbean over the past 24 months.

Some of these improvements include:

FlexPay Travel partners can pre-order up to 10 automatic payments per day, amount and more than one credit card.

FCC Redemption Tool Allows travel partners to repay future shipping credits in three steps and check the FCC status. The Insight Tool generates personal FCC reminder emails reminding customers of their credit (s).

Latte mourning Machiavelli has been developed to restore FCCs and apply to multiple FCCs simultaneously.

eQuote ፡ day This marketing tool helps to create matching quotes and create leads.

Immunization Testing and Requirements Tool Launched in January 2022, this tool will help travel partners reach and share with their guests the ship’s day and travel schedule. Customers receive a custom, custom email with travel partner name and contact information.

Ship Planner Introduced in March 2022, travel partners will be able to explore their offerings (ie, beach trips, dining options, drink / dining packages, etc.) based on ship and ship day to better serve their customers.
