La Vaquita Port Arthur was recently selected by a committee to be the first company to be recognized as Business of the Month by the Septix Hispanic Business Association.
Raquel Ochoa, Erica Banda Meza and Daniel Cruz presented the award at La Vaquita’s Mother’s Day celebration.
This event includes music, food and vendors from small businesses at SETX.
“They deserve this recognition for their commitment and dedication to the Hispanic community and Hispanic businesses,” the trade association said in a statement.
“They have impacted many small businesses through their support of the Iris Mitre-led Flea Market Project. They are Job of the Month for this and more!
