How does the assembly line work?

The concept stores in Glendale, California or Columbus, Ohio offer men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, shoes and accessories in a unique new way.

When you shop with Amazon Style, you start by browsing the selections on offer and using your phone to scan the QR codes you want to try. No duplicate items appear in the store, and each item has only one size.

How to contact Amazon customer service

When you’re ready to assemble, tap “Start Class” on your Amazon app.

Once you’re done watching and scanning, select ‘Start Class’ on your Amazon app. After a few minutes, the app will notify you when your room is ready and you’ll be sent to your styling room, where you can try on, rate, and request additional items.
