Mountain On Bank Expands Commercial Lending Group | Business

NORTH ADAMS – Matt Lauro and Heather Rowe recently joined the commercial lending team at MountainOne Bank as senior vice president and portfolio manager, respectively.

Lauro, who lives in Pittsfield, has over a decade of experience in supporting businesses and entrepreneurs throughout Western Massachusetts. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Lally School of Business, serves on the Pittsfield Affordable Housing Trust, and is a board member of Berkshire Education and Corrections.

Row has more than 25 years of experience in financial management, credit analysis and middle market commercial and industrial lending.

The commercial lending group is joined by senior vice president Richard “Dick” Kelly in 2021. Other members include Steve Munger, vice president of commercial lending; Assistant Vice Presidents Jake Phillips and Jamie Ceppella, who have over 15 years of banking experience.

In the year As of early 2022, Mountain One was recently recognized by Bankner & Merchant as the eighth-fastest growing business lender in Massachusetts year-over-year.
