L&T Technology Services on Monday announced the appointment of Nandini Nair as the company’s global general counsel. She oversees all legal matters, including immigration, workplace and legal compliance, labor and employment, litigation and contracts. She is based at the company’s US corporate headquarters in Edison.
In a career spanning more than two decades, Nandini has been recognized with numerous awards and accolades, including being named a finalist for Lawyer of the Year by the New Jersey Law Journal. She presents nationally on the topics of immigration, workplace compliance, and diversity and inclusion, and is frequently quoted in publications such as CNN, the New York Times, Bloomberg, the Economic Times, and Law 360.
She was previously a partner and co-chair of the immigration practice group for the AM 200 multi-service law firm and had her own immigration law practice for more than a decade. She currently serves on the board of Xavier Mission, a nonprofit organization in NYC, has been appointed to the Albany Law School Dean’s Leadership Council, and is a member of various Bar and Diversity and Inclusion committees.
