Sleeping Eyes – The Sleeping City Council unanimously approved Tuesday’s second reading to sell five hectares of city property to Miller’s vendor.
The decision to sell the property to the south of the business for $ 95,000 was approved at the request of Councilor Doug Pellzell, a supporter of Gary Windschit.
The purchase price of the land is based on the current agricultural zoning. It needs to change the location used for the application business.
The regulation was approved by Doug Pellzell, a Neti Stevermer, following a systematic second reading to approve Miller’s second addition.
The property was purchased by the city as a result of a previous land acquisition of a farm in addition to Sleepy Snow Farm.
Doug Miller, general manager of Miller Shelner, said the property was purchased as part of a future equipment parking and parking expansion project.
The council unanimously approved the appointment of Mayor Wayne Pellzell to Lucas HyderSheid’s Planning and Zoning Committee.
The railway has also approved a gambling license for the Sleep Eye Arena Association at Pop Bar and Play.
