SAGINAW, MI — A new survey will help Saginaw County Health Department staff identify the community’s health needs, officials said.
The health agency recently launched the survey online, opening the multiple-choice questionnaire to individuals 18 and older who live, work or attend school in Saginaw County. The survey is available at surveymonkey.com/r/BWellBHeard.
