So today we are talking about a man who risked his early years just to become the man of his dreams. We all know that 26 July 2005 was a very important year for Mumbaikars, because they faced one of the deadliest floods of all time. But an 18-year-old boy named Divjay Pandey came to Mumbai from a small village called “Takia” in West Champaran District, Bihar, just to keep his dreams and future plans alive. Champaran is a well-known and small district in Bihar, where Gandhiji started his Satyagraha rally. Inspired by the age of 18-34, Digivijay started his journey with the optimism to provide and make what people really need.

However, Divjay has done amazing things in these 3 years as he is the founder of Karts Fresh which sells cut vegetables to make life easier. Digvijay is a noble and optimistic individual who achieves his dreams after many ups and downs.

In the year Due to 26/07, Divjay struggled for a few days in the job hunting process, but after that he started his first job as a security guard, subsequently, he worked as a bookseller and a car salesman in a Maruti showroom. In the year In 2014, he got an opportunity at Mercedes-Benz, where he later served as the head of corporate sales, a leading position for someone who started out as a security guard. But the idea was to do something of his own, an independent business. In one of the interviews, he explained that he came up with a unique startup idea related to vegetables when people were looking for services that were not available and everything was not available in the market. The Divijay scheme was new to the market and consumers. And for this he left this rat race and started selling vegetables, this is how the new startup ‘Karts Fresh’ was founded, at the age of 34, Divjay started this business from his balcony in March 2020 when he was hit hard by Covid. With that in mind, the actual service is to sell fresh-grown and cut vegetables, maintaining proper sorting, cleaning, and cutting procedures, all of which can be customized as needed.

Digvijay’s ideas are unique to himself, and his services are extraordinary. In an interview, founder Digvijay said that they bring in fresh vegetables and other products every day, and all the processes are done online, making ready-to-eat final products. So 2020 to 2023 is almost 3 years after covid and their sales are benefit with many ups and downs. Although the total sales they currently manage is $15 million per month. Moreover, Digvijay mentioned that he will raise the seed capital for the next phase of development.

Cartz Fresh is a D2C brand of ready-to-cook food and a variety of fruits, vegetables and sprouts and a variety of products available on the Cartz Fresh website, mobile app and WhatsApp store. They have also partnered with fast-commerce platforms like Zepto and Dunzo, supermarkets like Tata Star Bazaar, RPG’s Nature’s Basket and more than 25+ retail stores in Mumbai’s West Mumbai division. They are going to start their service in Pune from mid-April’23.

To be fair, Digvijay Pandey has built a gynocentrism business where women are highly employed and is an inspiration to today’s generation. There are 20 women working in the processing center with a total of 24 employees.This is a change that this country needs where people can do better jobs without learning and developing self-confidence. In his final message to his readers, he revealed that his family had not yet come to terms with his decision to quit his Mercedes-Benz business and start selling farm vegetables. However, he said that not everyone can succeed in a business that is easy to set up or that takes a lot of effort to build. They admit that starting out can be challenging, but with time one learns to manage things wisely.
