The Colorado Mountain College School of Business requires business owners and non-profit leaders and administrators in the college’s 12,000-square-mile district and service area to complete an online survey aimed at gathering information on the state’s labor market and other needs.
“The survey will help build CMC / business partnerships and generate information on business needs,” the report said. “The survey will eventually lead to internships for CMC students to work with local companies, organizations and small businesses, and to create learning opportunities for students by applying what they study in work-based environments.”
The CMC School of Business is available at coloradomtn.edu/labormarket. And it takes about 10 minutes to complete, says Release.
CMC plans to use the data from the survey as a focal point for two events this fall.
The first Labor Market 2022 conference will be held at the CMC Business School at Morgridge Commons in Glenwood Springs on November 7, followed by a second on November 9 at the CMC Lidville Campus. Both events are scheduled to run from. From 8-11 a.m. and the business community is welcome and encouraged to attend, the statement said.
