(CNN) – TThe US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has listed the Nordic traveler’s favorite CVD-19 high-risk list with two other places.

Three destinations added to the list on Tuesday representing three continents

• Guatemala
• Morocco
• Sweden

Stage 3 or “High” is currently at the highest level of risk and will apply to areas with more than 100 cases per 100,000 residents in the last 28 days. Level 2 and Level 1 are considered “moderate” and “low” risk, respectively.

On Tuesday, all three new entries for Stage 3 were already in Stage 2.

Sweden, known for its culture and natural beauty, is one of the few European countries to drop out of the “high risk” list after being relegated.

On July 5, there were approximately 115 destinations in Level 3.

Stage 4, a previously high-risk category, is now reserved for special circumstances, such as overcrowding, new stress differences, or poor health care infrastructure. Under the new system, no destination has been set for level 4 yet.

Most of Europe has been in a state of rigidity for months during the summer months. As of July 5, the following popular European destinations are among the remaining Level 3.

• France
• Germany
• Greece
• Ireland
• Italy
• Netherlands
• Norway
• Portugal
• Spain
• united kingdom

Those are not the only high profile areas found in Level 3. Many other destinations around the world are in the “high” risk category.

• Brazil
• Canada
• Costa Rica
• Malaysia
• Mexico
• South Korea
• Thailand
• Turkey

CDC recommends that you be familiar with your CVD-19 vaccines before heading to Step 3. Being “up-to-date” means that you have received not only full immunizations but also incentives to qualify.

Destinations labeled “Level 2: Covid-19 Medium” reported 50 to 100 Covid-19 cases per 100,000 residents in the past 28 days. CDC moved three places to this level on Tuesday:

• Jordan
• Lebanon
• Northern Macedonia

The move was not good news for Middle East Jordan and Lebanon, which were ranked No. 1.

There are 20 places in the “Medium” disaster category this week.

In its extensive travel guide, CDC recommends that you avoid all international travel until you are fully vaccinated.

Step 1

To be listed as a “Level 1 ኮ Cove-19 Low” destination, it must have 49 or fewer new cases per 100,000 residents in the last 28 days. On July 5, two small island destinations were added to the category:

• Saba
• St. Pierre and Michael

Saba, in the Caribbean, was in Level 2. St. Pierre and Migulon, in the south of Newfoundland, Canada, were in the French Islands.

Some of the most popular places in the “low” risk category this week include Indonesia, India and the Philippines.

Finally, there are destinations that CDC considers to be “unknown” due to lack of information. Often, but not always, these are small, remote areas or areas of ongoing war or instability. Four places have been added to this category this week.

• Haiti
• Hungary
• Iran
• Mozambique

Haiti, Iran and Mozambique were all in the top 1 last week. Hungary, a favorite travel destination in Eastern Europe, was ranked 3rd.

The CDC recommends not traveling to these places because the risks are unknown. Other destinations that have traditionally attracted tourists include French Polynesia, Macau, and the Maldives.

The medical professional assesses the risk factors

According to CNN Medical Analyst Dr. Liana Wayne, the cost of transfer is only “one guideline” for travelers’ personal risk calculation.

According to Wayne, an emergency physician and professor, we have reached the epidemic stage where people have to make their own decisions based on their medical condition and their exposure to the CV-19 contract. School of Public Health Policy and Administration at George Washington University Milk Institute.

According to Wayne, there are other factors to consider in addition to distribution.

“The other thing is to be careful and follow where you are going and then the third one is what you plan to do if you are there,” she said.

“Are you planning to visit a lot of attractions and go to indoor pubs? This is very different from where you plan to sleep on the beach all day and where you plan to stay away from anyone. That’s very different. There are very different levels of risk.”

Vaccines are important for travel, as unvaccinated travelers get sick and transmit CV-19 to others, he said.

And it is important to consider what to do if you do a positive test away from home.

“Of course, if people have symptoms or vulnerabilities while traveling, they should be tested and if they have a positive diagnosis, they should follow CDC exclusion guidelines,” Wayne recently told CNN Travel.
