BlackboxStocks Inc., a Dallas-based SaaS financial technology and social media hybrid platform, has entered into a partnership with Boosted.ai, a provider of AI-powered investment solutions.

BlackboxStocks provides real-time proprietary analytics to stocks and options traders of all levels and says the partnership will bring cutting-edge investment technology to retail investors.

Their advanced machine learning combined with Blackbox’s predictive analytics provides retail investors with sophisticated investment tools and strategies previously only available to institutional investors,” said Brandon Smith, CTO of BlackboxStocks. Combining functionality

Blackbox says it uses advanced machine learning algorithms from Boosted.ai in combination with predictive analytics from the Blackbox platform. That integrated functionality includes real-time options and stock data, predictive analytics and machine learning to provide actionable alerts for day trading and long-term investment strategies, the startup said.

Boosted.ai is an artificial intelligence company that improves portfolio management outcomes for the global financial industry through distributed machine learning.

Headquartered in Toronto and New York City, Boosted.ai was founded in 2017 by Joshua Pantony, Jon Dorando and Nicholas Abe, and its proprietary website, Boosted Insights, brings portfolio managers advanced quantitative investment techniques without the hassle. A coding or data science background.

‘Predictive Technology’ Meets Social Media Platform.

BlackboxStocks web-based software uses artificial intelligence-enhanced “predictive technology” to detect volatility and unusual market movements that cause rapid changes in the price of a stock or option.

BlackboxStocks says it continuously scans the NASDAQ, New York Stock Exchange, CBOE and other options markets and contracts more than 10,000 stocks and up to 1.5 million options multiple times per second.

It provides users with a fully interactive social media platform integrated into the dashboard, allowing users to quickly and efficiently share information and ideas across a shared network.

Blockboxstocks recently introduced a live audio/screen sharing feature within the Blackbox community that allows members to broadcast on their own channels to share trading strategies and market insights.

In February, BlackBoxStox announced the appointment of Keller Reid to the company’s board of directors.

Reed has extensive experience in business systems strategy and technology, the firm said.

Reid has been with Ackerman Capital Management in the Dallas-based family office for 14 years, where he is responsible for business and execution and oversees the firm’s technology infrastructure.
