Now you can pick up a designer deal with that $4.99 rotisserie chicken — but only if you have a special VIP card.

Costco, a membership-only department store, has become a go-to destination for fashion lovers to score bargains on the latest trends, with industrial-sized pantry items and $1.50 jumbo hot dogs. “Howl” videos — politely bragging about shrunken duds, from hunter boots to affordable UGG dupes — are racking up billions of views on social media from across the country.

Tik Tok has become a treasure trove of encouraging fashion finds, especially in unglamorous warehouses. The popular search term “Costco found clothing” has nearly 2 billion hits. Meanwhile, several hashtags have millions of watches: #costcofashion has over 5.6 million, #costcoctor has over 5 million and #costcolbs has over 4 million.

@CostcoCouture — the Jennifer Maldonado-run label exclusive to Costco fashion shopping — has given hunters a pair of Hunter Chelsea Boots, which normally retail for $175, for just $84.99. Her video has racked up 671,000 views.

“On a budget, it’s all about ballin’,” the Los Angeles resident told the Post. “Costco brings people from all walks of life because everyone loves a deal!”

Maldonado, who works in the cannabis industry, said she began discovering the fashionistas on her own during her twice-weekly shopping trips. After sharing her coveted find with friends, the 40-year-old launched a TikTok account for Costco fans in May 2021 and now has 18,000 followers.

“Every time I wear one of my Costco finds, I get compliments,” she said. “It will never fail. My Pendleton rain jacket is the hands-down number one winner. It’s a true classic and I hope to keep it around for a long time.

“When I was shopping at Costco, the quality of the clothes went up, I noticed that there were name brands on the floor and they were more modern,” said Fascistawa, who says she is not paid to display any products but has experience working with clothes. .

She’s styled the store with quality products from the likes of Hunter, Columbia, Ella Moss and UG, but the most memorable thing she’s ever seen at a big box store was an expensive Jimmy Choo bag on sale.

It’s no secret. One of the most widely viewed Costco fashion TikToks, which has been viewed more than 410,000 times since June 27, shows many women going for 32-degree pillow slides in a platform design that retails for $9.99. “They had a legitimate population,” she said. On TikTok, a $29.99 Tommy Hilfiger jacket attracted 595,000 views, $20 Calvin Klein joggers in one “Hey shopper!” 608,000 views. Videos.

“I get compliments on a lot of my clothes every day,” she told NPR. “And I always say it’s from Costco, and I get the same reaction — like, a blank look on their face. Like, really – Costco? Heck yeah.”

And she is not alone. One video, which has 74,500 views since it was posted Wednesday, features 30 Skechers sneakers — Gen Z’s favorite brand making a comeback in Y2K trends — and those same Hunter rain boots “don’t walk, run to Costco.”

“Stop scrolling right now because this is your cue to go to Costco,” influencer Ashley Bell said in a clip that has garnered nearly 21,000 views of her $13 Fila sweatshirt. “Costco is coming in the clutch.”

Costco declined to comment when contacted by The Post.

And it’s not just limited to the store. Online shopping has been a boon for Costco fashionistas, too, with Maldonado’s on-trend Hilary Ridley S midi dress in leopard print — not unlike 2018’s $190 Réalisation Par slip dress — for a low $14.99.

She happily peruses the website for designer offerings from the likes of Tory Burch, Fendi, Givenchy, and Chloe, happily heading to the Post 50% off Edith Tote ($2,290 at Bloomingdales but $1,800 at Costco — but only for members).

In fact, on-trend styles abound, with many users flocking to the jacket — a sweater-and-jacket combo seen on Victoria Beckham’s recent runway show and on the backs of celebs like Gigi Hadid — for $15, as well as cargo seen widely next season. Pants trend loved by Jennifer Lopez.

Of course, it’s rare to find an actual coat that can be easily stumbled across in bulk at Saks Fifth Avenue, but many other videos show a wide range of practical and everyday clothes from brands like Jessica Simpson, Champion, Calvin. Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and more.

A teacher in Hawaii, who said she needed clothes made from lightweight fabrics that weren’t air-conditioned for her school in Hawaii, showed off her spiffy items for the school year, many of which cost less than $15, later in a video.

“I’m sure no one really wants to see it,” she said in the video, which has nearly 754,000 views. “Am I starting a new trend?”

While the trend has been around for a while, Costco has also become a source of humor as a sartorial destination. Comedian Angela Johnson had fun at the Netflix Comedy Festival in June at the store, dubbed Costco’s house brand Kirkland, which offers everything from meat to clothing to diapers.

The epidemic that changed the game when it comes to dressing as a society may be the residual fallout.

“It’s all about convenience,” said one Costco shopper. “It’s like a whole new way of thinking.”

For Maldodo, not every tour is a triumph in the fashion department, but she can always count her chickens.

“When I’m there to justify my time and gas, I often take items that aren’t worn,” she said. “It’s too hot to cook in the summer, so our family lives off Costco rotisserie chicken. The skins are so delicious! “
