Vanessa told FEMAIL: ‘A friend of ours who had an established brand at the time said we should start our own brand and he’d give us his contacts if we fixed up his office instead.
Designs from fabrics sourced from Balinese markets are developed for us and we work closely with textile designers to create our own custom printed garments.

With Vanessa’s mantra of “more is more, less is less,” we’ve always curated statement pieces that we want to own.
We have inspired a lot of vintage pieces – but this time around they are designed to fit and feel good on the body.
When we started the brand we were in our early 20s so the dresses were very short, cut above the hems, jumpsuits were our go-to and lots of bell sleeves were the heroes of our collections.
‘These days you’ll find a lot more flowy dresses, palazzo pants and sheer blouses to accommodate our busy mom lives.’

‘Each collection launch receives an even more incredible response and emotion than the last and we’re always excited about what’s coming next.’
