“The new Travel Advisor Go365 Winter Travel User e-brochure, with an emphasis on travel in Europe and the UK between October and March, has tips on how advisors can create their own winter travel campaigns using Avanti’s marketing tools such as social media. Posts, flyers, postcards, blog articles,” said Avanti, which sells custom vacations exclusively through travel advisors.

Instructions on how to use the company’s new booking platform to create inspiring itineraries are also provided, as well as tips on identifying candidates for winter FIT travel in the customer database.

At its core, the campaign is designed to help travel advisors bring independent travel to customers who traditionally want a cruise or sightseeing vacation, Avanti CEO Paul Barry said.

“This year we have seen a more than 50 percent increase in bookings per booking for FIT customers with our consulting partners,” said Barry. “The number of people per booking has increased, and more services are being booked before departure compared to 2019. In addition, independent customers are traveling more frequently than before. This means more commissions for advisors.”

In the past few months, nearly half of the company’s bookings have been made 10 weeks before departure, he said, “which means customers may be thinking of traveling this fall or winter, and this fits in with the European vacation featured in the new Go365 e-book.” Brochure.

“Private tours and activities with top local guides and private transfers make free travel difficult for first-timers, and our improved agent portal makes it easy for consultants to build their own unique vacation package tailored to each client,” added Barry. .
