Founders: Are you ready? TechCrunch Editorial is on the hunt for 200 startup founders to be featured in the Startup Battlefield at TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco this September. We’ve expanded the Startup Battlefield program to highlight global innovations across sectors, and last year was a huge success. With entrepreneurs from over 20 countries across 25 industries and diverse backgrounds, our inaugural Class of 200 showcased the best and brightest!

This year is more competitive. Selected from thousands of applications, this startup class receives full access to the show, exclusive workshops, investor hours, mentoring, training, benefits and free exhibit space on the show floor for all three days. All selected founders will get a chance to pitch in front of investors and TechCrunch editors.

Showing international founders

Out of the Startup Battlefield 200, 20 companies will be selected as Startup Battlefield Finalists. The finalists will perform on the Disruptive Main Stage in front of an all TC audience, receive personal pitch training and be featured at TechCrunch. Not to mention, founders pitch in front of global Tier 1 venture firms like Sequoia, Mayfield, SOSV, and more. The winner takes home the $100,000 prize and the coveted Disruption Trophy.

It’s 100% free to apply and participate.

TechCrunch does not claim any fairness from any contestant or winner.

The only way individual companies can exhibit on the show floor at Disruption is through the Startup Battlefield. The only way to become a Novice Battlefield finalist is to be selected for Novice Battlefield 200.

You must apply here before the May 15th deadline and we will start notifying people this summer.
