New service from Vancouver to Dubai
Customers using the new route will travel on Air Canada’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner. They will have three cabin services: Economy Class, Premium Economy, and Signature Class with lie-flat seats.
The new itineraries have been created with other connecting flights in mind, and will be especially convenient for travelers from Alberta to the western United States via transit hubs, the press release said.

These are the new schedules connecting Vancouver International Airport (YVR) to Dubai International Airport (DXB):
- From Vancouver to Dubai: Flights depart Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The departure time will be 20:50 and the arrival time will be 23:50 the next day. Flights will begin on October 28.
- From Dubai to Vancouver: Flights depart on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. The departure time will be 2:00 PM and the arrival time will be 05:55 PM. Flights will begin on October 30.
Tickets are available for sale through the carrier’s official website, app, contact centers or travel agencies.
