“Two years ago, my business partners and I decided to move to Canada and after considering our options, we felt that bringing one of our companies with us was the best strategy,” said Chen. “With that in mind, we re-evaluated the Canadian market because the services required here are different from the services we provide in China.”
“After conducting market research, we have rebuilt our software to better suit the Canadian market and are excited to share our product with Canada.”
Having worked in the education field for several years, Chen knows the importance of mentoring and believes that using it as a platform for after-school solutions provides value to students, parents and teachers.
“We’re creating value for Canadian students and people participating in school programs, parents seeing what their children are doing and learning patterns, and after-school teachers and administrators strengthening the entire education system.”
Additionally, by using the platform and accessing students’ key skills and excellence, parents can help students mature and begin planning careers that suit their needs.
Chen admits that AI and the future of work are creating confusion about what the workforce will look like, which is why she believes these tools to streamline and perfect learning methods are more important than ever.
With so much uncertainty and so much interference, keeping kids focused and engaged in their studies is critical, Chen said. Having the right portal to know how children are doing and what can be done to help them creates a healthy education system and high performing students.
“We are creating opportunity and innovation in Canada’s education sector, an area that has traditionally remained stagnant,” Chen said. “The world has changed and so have our educational needs. We want to provide these tools for success.”
