Akanksha Monga took to Twitter to share how her full-time travel journey has been since she quit her job a year ago.
She said, “I quit my job at LinkedIn. Last year, on this day, when I left, I promised myself 1 year to focus on my passion and travel the world full time. I was burned out when I left. Had 250k followers on IG, they did it alone. Want to know how it is now?
Monga added, “1 year later: 🙋🏼♀️250K to 700K+ Community 🌎 Traveled to 12 countries (8 alone!) + Brands 😔Still burn out sometimes
On another tweet, “Travel to me is about immersing yourself in new cultures and experiences, and I’m always excited to find the next hidden gem.”
Monga worked as an associate creative manager at LinkedIn for six months before quitting.
