A woman is in custody after police say she fired a gun at Love Field in Dallas Monday morning.
Latest: The woman, identified by police as 37-year-old Portia Odufua, collapsed at the Southwest ticket counter around 11 a.m., Dallas Police Chief Eddie Garcia said at a news conference.
- After going to the women’s bathroom, she emerges dressed in what looks like Cody and starts shooting at the police at the ticket counter.
- An officer shot her, striking her “in the lower extremity,” and the suspect was taken to Parkland Memorial Hospital for treatment and remains in police custody, Garcia said.
