Harry style clothing and style evolution

[ad_1]

Harry Styles’ style may be making headlines now every time he steps out the front door, but it wasn’t always that way. In fact, when it first came out to the public, it looked different. Almost 15 years ago, when he walked the red carpet with his One Direction band members, he was just another teenager in a polo shirt and jeans with basketball-style sneakers. Harry’s clothing style, like most boys his age, revolved around hoodie sweatshirts, joggers and graphic tees.

Today, Harry’s style is as much admired for his fashion as his music. Collaborating with brands like Gucci, wearing traditionally feminine pieces, and opting for 70s-inspired menswear, the style is one of the most celebrated dresses on the red carpet.

And Harry’s street style is just as fun. For example, it’s often stylish enough for everyday uniforms for outings around Los Angeles. Pair skinny jeans with a printed button-down shirt or a cashmere sweater. Depending on the weather, the “Water Sugar” singer wears a top coat to add warmth and make the look even more stylish. And finally, you’d be hard-pressed to catch the 28-year-old star outside without shoes, whether he prefers Chelsea boots or a more classic style.

His performance outfits are quite different, but that’s where his style shines. Earlier he was wearing a pink fur jacket with no bottoms, a sequined cassock and of course the much talked about fuzzy purple boa.

See the evolution of Harry’s style over the years, chronicling his outfits from the front, the street to the red carpet and beyond.
