As week one of the NFL preseason winds down, another Georgia Tech rookie got his first taste of the NFL this weekend. Former Georgia Tech defensive end Juanyeh Thomas took the field for the Dallas Cowboys and had one touchdown in his NFL debut.
Thomas signed with the Cowboys after going undrafted in the 2022 NFL Draft and is fighting for a roster spot this preseason.
There are still two chances for Thomas to make an impression on the Cowboys coaching staff this Saturday against the LA Chargers and on the 26th against the Seattle Seahawks.
Thomas was a defensive lineman at Georgia Tech and hopes to make the roster at the next level through coaching and development.
