80% of Americans will have travel problems by 2022 – from high price to long waiting period survey

People all over the United States have experienced high costs, long delays, and many other disruptions, making it difficult to travel on those long-awaited trips.

According to a recent bank survey, about four out of five travelers have experienced travel-related problems while traveling at least one night.

More than half of the participants in the study reported high prices, with 29% experiencing longer waiting times and 27% experiencing poor customer service.

Another 26 percent said it was difficult to find and that 14% had lost money due to canceled or disrupted plans.

This comes at a time when costs are on the board. According to the latest data from the Consumer Price Index, gas prices rose by 49 percent last year, flights by 38 percent, accommodation by 22 percent and food costs by 7 percent.

He said 85 percent of the high cost of transportation is higher than usual. More than 60% said their accommodation was expensive and 54% of activities were more expensive, according to the survey. This includes things like dining and tourist attractions.

“With the release of demand this summer, the situation could worsen before the situation improves. High demand is compounded by the hottest inflation in four decades and the continued shortage of manpower,” Rosman said.

Still, inflation is still high in the new 40 years, but there is still a high demand for travel. According to the data, 58% of US adults have traveled or planned to travel for recreation this year.

Most of them, 52%, are willing to spend more than they normally would, according to the bank. According to the data, about 15% are willing to spend less.

According to Rosman, people should act quickly when planning a trip because the cost can be high.
