Donald Trump held his first rally since leaving the White House Saturday night, addressing thousands of supporters in a free-flowing speech at a trade show in northeast Ohio that the former president of the The United States declared it the “first rally of the 2022 election.”

Trump made few mentions on Saturday of the Jan. 6 siege, but continued to reiterate his unfounded claims that last year’s U.S. election was full of fraud and was against him.

Lawyers for Trump’s family business were warned Thursday of possible charges related to the company’s marginal profit accounting.
