Never live a life of nine. These three globetrotting Manhattan cats are enjoying the high life.

Felines Sponge Cake – a Scottish fold – and British shorthair Mocha and Donut have traveled to France and Italy with their husband Dan Nguyen and his wife Olivia.

But they are not only enjoying themselves in hotel rooms, but also in service providers. The three – all 2-year-old boys – appeared in front of the Duomo in Milan, saw the Eiffel Tower and rode the canals of Venice in a gondola.

And while the idea of taking most of the cats anywhere may seem crazy, if not impossible, Dan, a corporate lawyer, insists he can’t leave them at home.

“We had a few trips planned and wanted to take them along. It was hard not being with the cats because we consider them our family,” he told the Post. “We know it’s no small feat to travel the world with a cat, let alone three, but we love them and they love us, so it doesn’t feel that crazy to us.”

To prepare these house cats for the great outdoors, Dan and Olivia started close to their Midtown home: Central Park, where felines graduate from pet carriers to leashes.

“They seemed to enjoy being outside and exploring,” says Daniel, who says they’ve gone from cowering at his feet to sniffing the air, going by the lake and happily playing in the grass.

The first out-of-town vacation for the kitties — who have nearly 300,000 followers on Instagram and 177,000 followers on TikTok — was at the Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida (although they didn’t get into the park).

“They were scared at first, so they stayed in their backpacks,” Dan recalled. But we started walking them around the resort grounds and they got used to it very quickly.

That was soon followed by trips to San Francisco and Sacramento, California. To get there, “it was pretty easy,” he explained. “He mostly just sleeps on the plane. Everyone is very relaxed and quiet. Sometimes the other passengers on the plane don’t realize we have three cats with us.”

They hit the ground running in Paris, we put them on the cobblestone streets and they browsed every storefront until they decided to stop at a patisserie,” says Dan. “Everyone who walks by stops to see these little kitties when they find the shops of Paris.”

Then, he added, “we took them to Venice and they loved it. They were sniffing everything and ‘flowing’ along the wall of the canal.

Nguyen said the trio sometimes walk on their hands but like to ride on their shoulders.

“We let them run on the ground, but most of the time they prefer to ride freely on my shoulder,” Dan added.

And while they are no longer in the world, at least one feline misses them.

“We haven’t taken them outside in a week because of the heat, and when a sponge cake comes out it doesn’t get the attention it usually gets, so it’s pretty sticky,” Dan said. “I always see all the people on the streets looking out the windows.”

“It’s so sweet,” said Mocha. He lets other people kiss him on the head and is generally very relaxed with people and other animals,” Dan said. Donut is the most social of the three: “He begs to go outside a lot now. He lets us know by scratching the front door and counting.”

The cats need nothing more than a few vaccinations for their first trips. However, for the family’s trip to Switzerland this fall, the trio will get their own EU “pet passport” as they travel between countries.

“On social media, we think we’re always traveling, but it’s only twice a year or so,” Dan says with a laugh. “We always have enough content to post on social media because we always take pictures when we travel.”

And their regular content has turned the globetrotting cats into celebrities on social media. “People stop us all the time in New York to say hello and pet kitties. People definitely know them,” adds Dan, who takes them on jaunts to Hell’s Kitchen, Koreatown and Times Square.

They also make it a point to head to Fifth Avenue, Mocha’s favorite, as much as possible. “Mocha loves Fifth Avenue. There’s something about all the glitter and lights that makes him curious,” Dan said.

Even Drew Barrymore, who recently reposted a photo of the adventurous trio on her Instagram stories, is a fan. The couple’s kitties have become so popular and popular that Dan is self-publishing a book, “Kitty Cats: How to Train Your Cats for Outdoor Adventures,” which hits online retailers next week.

“We plan to get more cats in the future. Maybe in a year or two because it’s too hard to travel with three, but we need more.”
