Carell adds his personal memories of 70s fashion and hairstyles, which are brilliantly incorporated into the film. Cruel 6 had plenty of flair for the times, and the directorial team had a good laugh at what was fashionable and now out of style. But like the Minions themselves, the 70s always come back to cool.
