Part toothbrush, part UV cleaning kit, the Plover is the most advanced travel brush you can easily carry.

The plover is a tiny toothbrush named after the small, fearless bird that cleans the teeth of a lynx by pulling them straight out of its mouth. Built for travel, but also for health, the toothbrush has a two-part design, a stick with a stick on one end and an empty case that fits the stick perfectly, which converts from an outer case into a toothbrush holder. Although this format is most popular for folding brush patterns, the Plover has another trick up its sleeve. The handle has a built-in UV light that disinfects the brush after you vacuum and before you brush again, killing all germs on the brush and maintaining high levels of oral hygiene.

The Plover toothbrush comes with its own brush and case/holder. When closed, the plover’s opposite end of the brush sports a carbon clip that makes it easy to travel with you, but its size makes it ideal for slipping into your purse, suitcase or toiletry bag. The case/cover has its own textured design that makes the Plover look attractive and dirty, and the USB-C port on the bottom of the case/cover lets you charge the Plover’s UV unit.

When opened, the Plover is the size of an average toothbrush, with a wide handle that’s easy to hold and does the job of cleaning food and teeth. The brush sits on a removable plastic head that gives you a toothbrush that you can pop out after a few months to replace the head and extend its overall lifespan.

The Plover’s most impressive design feature, however, is the integration of the UV sterilization unit with the toothbrush design. We’ve seen our range of precision toothbrush sterilizers/sanitizers, Plover makes oral hygiene easy. Plover doesn’t come with any buttons when the USB-C cable is plugged in… instead, the lights turn on automatically. In my opinion, it’s a very elegant solution!
