The Blue Jays travel to Bismarck High Tuesday, falling to Williston

Jameston, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Blue Jay men’s soccer team fell to Williston 2-1 in its final home game of the regular season on Saturday afternoon.

Jamestown’s Henry Yolain scored in the 5th minute to give Jamestown a 1-0 lead. Eddie Ramadani gave the Jays a 2-1 lead before Williston scored twice in the next 15 minutes. The Coyotes held off James Brenner’s 12 saves in the second half. Blue Jays goaltender Grand Lunde made 21 saves Saturday afternoon to keep Jamestown in the game.

Jamestown is 4-6-2 overall and 1-5 at home this season. Williston picks up its second win on the road this year to move to 3-9 overall. The Jays travel to Bismarck High on Tuesday night to face the Demons in a big matchup with the WDA postseason standings.
