Jamal takes us through an in-depth look at the ways misinformation and disinformation can have a devastating impact on electoral integrity and trust, both at home and abroad.

The discussion will explore misconceptions about what disinformation is and whether the term “disinformation” is a useful term anymore (“rumor”), as well as important work being done by research consortiums such as the Partnership for Election Integrity.
