Well, there are a few ways to get around the islands! In this guide, We have explained the different ways in which you can quickly travel around Tetum.

How do I travel faster with Tetum?

There are many ways to quickly navigate the world of Tetum, but of course not all are immediately available to you. Smoke bombs are great for the beginning of the game, but feel limited when they teleport you.

However, later down the line, you’ll also be on a mountain pass, and after exploring several islands, you’ll be able to take advantage of an airship or drone ride.

Smoke bombs

Tetum’s smoke bombs don’t work the same way as the ones you saw in Pokemon Legend: Arceus. When you end up covered in a cloud of smoke, you disappear into thin air and are transported to the last Temporium or Mini-Temporium you visited.

Smoke bombs appear on the mini-temporium of Tetum

Smoke Bombs can be purchased from retailers around Temtum for 120 cents each. This is the most convenient and easiest way to travel before getting your hands on a mountain in Tetum.

Mountains

The mountains are a bit harder to get your hands on as they require some progress with Tetum’s main story, and you’ll typically have to do individual missions to unlock specific mountains.

The easiest to find is the Mountain Scooter, which you can get by talking to an NPC named Feriha in Thalassian Cliffs. She will give you a mission called ‘Gotta Stick Tem All’ where you need to collect some stickers for her. Do this, return to her, and the scooter mount is yours.

Airship

The airship can be used to travel between islands after completing the main story mission ‘Myrisles’ Adventure’. This mission starts after defeating your first dojo master, Sophia, and jumping on the Narwhal airship.

You’ll get to Nanga first, and you’ll need to defeat both the Dojo Masters in Omninesia and another NPC named General Belsotto. Once this is done, you will need to travel across Narwhal again to Kisiiwa; Then, Airship Fast Travel is unlocked!

Drone

As the last on our list of fast ways to travel in Tetum, you already know that a drone is the best way to get around. With this awesome technology, you can activate various teleportation points in the Tetum area and then use the drone to travel to them when needed.

The drone is unlocked by talking to an NPC named Mayu in Miyako Village. They will give you the mission ‘Frozen Vanishing’. Follow the quest, and when you meet Satoko, she’s going to ask you a lot of questions. You need to answer them all correctly to unlock the drone! Following are the answers to Satoko’s question.

  1. Son of a volcano
  2. Cenote
  3. Cacama cenote
  4. Opposition, Kwea Uplands, Jinogap, dust
  5. Thalassian cliffs
  6. four
