Santa Fe, New Mexico – Travel Outlook, a hotel call center, announces the expansion of hotel sales training offered by Kennedy Training Network (KTN) as Hotel Profit Center™.

“We always use KTN’s training resources in our new hires and ongoing education.” Travel Outlook President John Smallwood said But these recent improvements at KTN have taken us to a whole new level of excellence in both sales and hospitality.

“This summer, we are committed to having all newly booked sales professionals participate in KTN’s online, automated sales QUEST program,” he said. said Smallwood. “The new training focuses on conversational conversation to convince today’s broadcast channel surfing callers to book now instead of going back online.”

Developed entirely for Travel Outlook and launched with the Travel Outlook learning management platform, the course consists of six video-based modules personally recorded by KTN President Doug Kennedy in his Los Angeles, CA studio. Participants will also complete an online assessment and assigned training activities.

In addition, every Travel Outlook agent actively participates in private, live four-part webcam training as part of each onboarding training session.

“It’s amazing how Doug Kennedy found the time to personally present three of these four classes to our team.” says Smallwood. “New hires first meet Doug on their first day of onboarding training and will meet again on the course as he delivers a live webcam training session on ‘The Why Behind KTN’s Question Call Standard.'”

“It’s easy to commit my time to facilitate personal training for a client like Travel Outlook.” KTN President Doug Kennedy “Because they have fully embraced our comprehensive training, coaching and remote call scoring services.”

For part three, each agent will talk about what worked well and what worked well before returning to Dog for a one-on-one coaching experience with KTN’s Executive Director of Training, Kathy Cook, DTM. It was their biggest challenge on their journey to sales excellence.

“It’s a pleasure working one-on-one with each new Travel Outlook agent.” Cook says And I think it’s because they realize how much their company is investing in their career development.

“We are proud to have been certified by Kennedy Training Network for Sales Excellence since 2013.” Added Smallwood, “And what I understand from Doug is that we are a hotel call center with only this difference. Our customers know that our agent’s sales performance is state of the art and is always tested for performance.”
