Pierre Partman pleaded guilty to filming a video in a local commercial restroom

In the year On April 26, 2023, Seth Breaux, age 28, of 2531 Lee Dr. Pierre Parte, LA., pleaded guilty to indecency with a minor (2 counts) and video voyeurism. Bracks was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Thomas Daigle, and the Honorable Judge Jason Verdigate presided over this case. This guilty plea stemmed from an incident at a local business in which Breaux was accused of videotaping minors using the restroom.

On April 26, 2022, Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a local convenience store following a video of a male subject using the restroom. Detectives were notified and were able to identify the subject in question as Seth Breaux. Investigators were able to find evidence that Breaux was in the bathroom at the same time as a small child in particular. Detectives confirmed the motive and executed a search warrant at Breux’s residence. During the execution of the search warrant, detectives obtained digital evidence linking Brecks to videotaping of at least 2 male juveniles and 2 male adults at a convenience store on the same night. An arrest warrant was issued for Breaux, who turned himself in to authorities.

After pleading guilty to the above charges, sentencing was deferred pending a pre-sentence investigation. Sentencing has been tentatively set for June 28, 2023, before Judge Verdigate.
