Along with inflatable attractions, Hayden resident Caleb Cagle is starting his summer with hopes of bringing fun to Northwest Colorado with his new business.

On Thursday, August 4, Cagle was hosting a bounce house to entertain children visiting the Hayden Farmers Market. HeLaunching Sassquatch Party Rentals has been a busy summer for Cagle. And they’ve entertained patrons including the Craig Reggae Festival, a private event in Walden a few weeks ago, the Farmers Market in Hayden and a few events in Steamboat Springs.

“It’s entertainment. No matter what event you areWe’re doing it, we have something for everybody,” Cagle said. “Hey youI’m having a backyard barbecue again and I want you to have some fun, IWe’ve got an inflatable ax throwing backyard game. Whether it’s a graduation party, birthday party, or anything else, I have attractions that bring all kinds of people together.

Sassquatch Party Rentals opened for business on July 18, featuring seven attractions including two bounce houses, a double slide ‘n splash, a 17-foot tall double water slide, human hamster balls, a Viking ax throwing game and more. It has an inflatable tent with masters to help make summer gatherings a little more fun.

Some attractions are great additions to children’s parties, but Saskatchewan has attractions for any gathering and any age.

“You know, I don’t.I don’t want to just focus on the young guys,” Cagle said. “I think adults enjoy this kind of thing, too. Sliders and hamster balls, and I’ve also got jellyball blasters. HeA cross between Nerf guns and paintballs, where you shoot less destructible bullets and (they) hurt less than paintballs. It’s been fun for ages. “

The idea for the business came when Cagle was back home in Tennessee because his mother and her business partner had opened an investment trust and they were looking for something to establish their daughter – an opening party.

Cagle tells his mother that she needs to find Biss’s house. She replied that she had tried, but couldn’t find anyone to rent or lease them in the area, and that she might consider opening a business.

Cagle has been living in Steamboat since 2019, and the conversation with his mother stuck with him.

“I got in my head and I couldn’tStop thinking about it,” Cagle said. I started looking into it and found out there was a trade show just a few hours drive from me in Orlando, Florida.

So, Cagle headed to Florida to see what the trade show had to offer as he continued to think about starting his own business.

“When I got there, I saw the kind of future this business has to offer,” he said. “There are so many different types of vents, and so many different jobs that I feel like I can get into. It was a great step.

And that’s how Sassquatch Party Rentals was born, but Cagle couldn’t escape his love for northern Colorado and decided to return to Hayden to start the company.
