- Kentucky’s starting lineup is revealed. Sahvir Wheeler, Antonio Reeves, Ado Thiero, Jacob Toppin And Oscar Tshiebwe.
- The Revs picked up where they left off Wednesday night, draining a 3-pointer at 18:53 to assist Wheeler for the game’s first points.
- Cason Wallace, CJ Frederick, Damion Collins And Chris Livingston They were the first UK registrants at 15:14.
- Tierro started a quick streak with a pair of drives, including a routine three-point play, to push the lead to 14-3 early.

- Wheeler’s layup led to Toppin’s transition dunk for a 61-28 lead with 15:27 left.
- Thiero, Collins, Reeves and Frederick entered the first media hour and inserted Tshebwe.
- At 14:20 in the 10th rebound, Tshiebwe recorded his first double-double of the away tour.
- A 12-0 UK run forced Tec de Monterrey ahead of the Cats, 71-28 with 11:25 left. Frederick had five straight points in the game, and was capped by 3-pointers from Wallace.
- A Toppin pull-up jumper made the run 27-3 and Kentucky 86-31 at the end of the eight-under media period.
