New England Retail Properties opens Tractor Supply in Enosburg Falls

Vermont Business Magazine New England Retail Properties, Inc. announced that its two branches have completed development of two new Tractor Supply Company stores in Ensoburg Falls, VT and Somersworth, NH. Both stores reopened on Saturday, December 10, 2022 after 6 months of construction.

The Vermont store is located in Enosburg Falls and is located at 38 Jayview Drive and Route 105, adjacent to a Hannaford supermarket and McDonald’s, and is being developed by Enosburg Development Partners LLC.

The New Hampshire store, located at 211 Route 108 in Somersworth, NH, was developed by Somersworth Development Partners LLC. Both companies are subsidiaries of Wethersfield New England Retail Properties, CT, owned and led by CEO Matt Halprin.

Wethersfield City-based New England Retail Properties, Inc. affiliates and affiliates have represented more than fifty Tractor Supply Company stores throughout New England and Eastern New York as exclusive brokers and developers over the past 19 years. The new stores include 19,097 sf of retail space with a 20,000 sf fenced outdoor display, sales area and a new garden center.

A great team of people contributed to the success of these projects. Financing was handled by Matt Krokov of Peoples Bank in Holyoke, MA: Architect Glenn Oxford of Oxford Architecture in Nashville, TN: New Hampshire Civil engineering was handled by Jim Cassidy of Hallisey, Pearson & Cassidy Engineering of Cromwell, CT: Steve McLarty. Coastland Enterprises was the site contractor in Enosburg, VT: Steve Wright was the Somerworth site contractor for NASS; WR Newman of Nashville, TN was the general contractor for both projects. Palm Coast Capital’s Matt Darling was the construction coordinator for the developer and Tom Moriarty, Esq., of Moriarty, Patzold & Sherwood PC of Glastonbury, CT, was legal counsel for both projects.
