Nadia Bartel gave her followers a glimpse of her day on the plate.

The 37-year-old model took to Instagram on Tuesday to share her healthy breakfast before hitting the Fashion Week shows.

Nadia enjoyed two perfectly poached eggs, spinach and sliced ​​avocado on her plate, sharing the caption, ‘Refueling.’

The star made sure her health was her top priority as she got plenty of greens and protein ahead of her big day.

The post comes after Nadia suffered a wardrobe malfunction on day one of Australian Fashion Week.
